Adobe CS3 ran just fine. With the applications that you have listed it seems you are leaning towards web design and not that much of video editing. I think for a web designer the MB Air will do that task.

But with the new MB Air's released by Apple there should be no doubts that is will perform better and faster. I would opt for new edition MB Air as opposed to the old one, cause since I had the old one, I have had this issue of one of the cores shutting down due to heat issues and then in turn slowing the Air to a crawl.

Hey! How have you gone running Adobe CS3 on the MB Air? I am keen to buy a MB Air but Apple store staff have recommended against it as I want to run Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator. Something about the graphics card not being sufficient enough. Please tell me it all works well as I'd love to buy a MB Air rather than a MB Pro! Thanks. B.
